These terms govern your use of this site and your enrolment in a Real World Claude course. Real World Claude is operated by Global Specialties ("we," "us," "our"). By reserving a seat or enrolling, you agree to them.
What Real World Claude is
Real World Claude is a live, cohort-based online course that teaches non-technical professionals to use Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant. We are independent of Anthropic and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.
Not professional advice
Nothing taught in the course constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Any output you or Claude produce during or after the course should be reviewed and verified by you before you rely on it.
Eligibility and prerequisites
Foundations (Saturday) requires only a web browser and a Claude account. Full Weekend (Saturday + Sunday) additionally requires a Claude Pro plan, a compatible operating system (macOS 11+ or Windows 10/11, any edition — Windows Home users complete one additional setup step detailed in the pre-work packet, which typically enables full functionality but is not guaranteed in every case), a personal Google account, and Google Chrome. Each cohort page includes a short eligibility check before you can enrol in Full Weekend — please confirm you meet these before purchasing, since the course can't be delivered without them.
Enrolment and payment
Seats are reserved through the relevant cohort page and confirmed on payment. Pricing is set per cohort and may change between cohorts. Where a cohort page uses automated checkout, payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Where a cohort page instead arranges payment directly, the terms shown on that page apply.
Live sessions
Sessions are delivered live over Zoom on the dates and times stated for your cohort. Recordings are made available afterward as a backup, not a substitute for attending live.
Course materials
Worksheets, templates, starter skills, and other digital course materials (including the "Vault") are licensed to you for your own personal, individual use, delivered electronically. You may not resell, redistribute, or share them outside your own work.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Conduct
Please be respectful of instructors and fellow participants during live sessions. We may remove a participant who is disruptive or abusive, without refund.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you'll receive a full refund or the option to move to a future cohort at no extra cost.
Liability
The course and its materials are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Claude, the course, or its materials.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the course evolves. The version posted here is always the current one.
