Real World Claude is operated by Global Specialties ("we," "us," "our"). This page explains what we collect when you interact with this site or a course, and how we use it. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@reallabs.academy.
What we collect
When you join a waitlist or reserve a seat: your name, email address, and — where the form asks for it — your country, timezone, and which course tier you're interested in.
When you enrol in a paid cohort: your name, email, and billing country, plus payment details. Where a cohort page uses our payment processor (Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record), Paddle collects and processes your payment information directly — we never see or store your full card details. Where a specific cohort page notes that payment is arranged directly with us instead, we collect only what's needed to confirm and process that payment.
Course delivery: if you attend a live session, that happens over Zoom under Zoom's own privacy terms.
Who we share it with
- Google Forms — hosts our waitlist and cohort-reservation forms.
- A private internal roster (Google Sheets) — used to track enrolment and readiness for a cohort. Not public, not shared beyond the team running the course.
- Paddle.com — our payment processor and Merchant of Record for cohorts using automated checkout.
- An email delivery tool — used to send cohort logistics, reminders, and (only with your consent) updates about future cohorts.
- Zoom — used to deliver live sessions.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone outside the tools above.
Why we use it
To run the course you signed up for: confirming your seat, sending logistics and setup information, processing payment and refunds, and — only if you've opted in — telling you about future cohorts.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deliver the course and meet our accounting/invoicing obligations, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email support@reallabs.academy to see what we hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe from future updates, or ask us to delete it.
Cookies
This site uses only what's needed to function: Google Fonts, an embedded Google Form, and — on cohort pages with live checkout — Paddle's checkout script. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the course and its tools evolve. The version posted here is always the current one.
